ABOUT NANNETTE

Nannette Holliday was obviously born to travel – Holliday is her real name, not just a promotional tool. But why‘International Woman of Mystery’ ?Because people liken her to the female version of Austin Powers — no one can keep up with her or her lifestyle.
Nannette’s travels have taken her around the world and back, providing a rich library of adventures and experiences to draw upon creatively, plus some remarkable travel photography. You’ll discover Nannette’s experiences woven throughout her books – (however names are changed to protect the innocent). Thus sharing her enjoyment of love, life, realities, hardships and the thrill of discovering new people and places with her readers.
Although a globe-trotting adventurer now, before taking up her photographic and literary career, Nannette worked in PR, marketing, communications and advertising including:
- Running her own award-winning advertising and media placement agency for 20 years
- 10 Years within the Australian Government as Brand, Reputation and Communications Manager and Emergency Management
- Was a Television and Radio presenter, including co-hosting the morning breakfast show; and
- Twice a finalist in the NT Business Woman of the Year.
Working in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors nationally and internationally, Nannette revels in sharing her knowledge, skills and experience to benefit businesses, organisations and individuals.
When she’s not writing for herself she indulges in copywriting and writing for a variety of magazine, even ghostwriting books for other people (it helps pay the bills and keep her in the style she’s become accustom to — indulging in travel, food and wine around the world!)
Here are some comments from others:
“Cultivating productive relationships is Nannette’s particular forte.”
“Outside the work environment, I have also observed Nannette providing assistance and support to both individuals and organizations with marketing and promotional advice simply because she likes people to do well and to share her extensive experience in this area.”
